Pray while being inside or outside and being active 

Enjoy the spirits of the Earth, the trees, the rocks, the streams

Pray with your family and let them know how you are doing; they can pray for you and help you

Prepare for ceremony (usually very vigorous and physically demanding, little to no sleep, water and no food, etc.) and let your family and friends to ceremony for you

Continue to do the things you normally do for your spirituality
