    • Aerobic (aer·o·bic \er-'o-bik\) exercise that increases the body’s need for oxygen; increases the rate at which your body uses oxygen. breathing harder/deeper and more rapidly; exercise that gets your heart rate higher; strengthening the heart and lungs by making them work hard for several minutes or more
    • Endurance [en·dur·ance] refers to the power to withstand something challenging; the ability to sustain a prolonged stressful effort or activity (such as a marathon runner's endurance); it is the capacity of something to last or to withstand wear and tear; the quality of continuing for a long time
    • Flexibility [flex·i·ble \'flek-si-bol\] able to bend easily and move without pain; easily can change body positions
